“Life Management Program” by Mr.Gian Tu Trung was held on 01/12/2018, giving Heads of Tinh Ky Company many useful and interested knowledge. This is also one of the training programs that plans to improve skills for staffs.
After that training program “Skill about building core competence”, next training is “How to do job description” took place on 01/12/2018 by Mr.Nguyen Xuan Hai – Head to Human Resource and Administration.
Through this program, we understood the responsibilities and duties of each position. As the motto “Thinking prowess – Lean Performance”, we need to understand correctly and deeply everything will get the right view of your career.
To training program in 12/2018: “Skill about building core competency”, Mr.Nguyen Xuan Hai – Head of Human Resource & Administration shared knowledge to all employees. Skill is essential for people, from employees to managers. Everyone needs to identify the core competency in their position, which is the basis for accomplishing their tasks.
